James Ochieng Nyambok, a Kenyan resident in Stockholm, has passed away after a long sickness which led to kidney failure. According to information gathered by Kisumu City News, the late Ochieng passed away at Söder Hospital in Stockholm where he had been admitted at the Intensive Care Unit. Since his passing, Kenyans in Sweden have set up a Committee to help coordinate the transportation of Ochieng’s body to Kenya for burial. By January 1st 2021, all buses will be banned within Kisumu’s Central Business district (CBD). According to acting city manager Abala Wanga, any bus companies flouting the order will face legal consequences.
