According to former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga, the new multi-million Jomo Kenyatta International Stadium under constructed at Mamboleo in Kisumu needs critical structural adjustments. Raila was speaking during an on-site visit to inspect the construction of the stadium and to assess progress.
